• Once we’ve confirmed availability, payment is required to lock in your spot.

• After payment confirmation, you’ll receive all the details — timing, pickup info, and what to expect on the day.

• Prices are listed in USD per guest and include all food, drinks, and transportation, unless noted otherwise.
  
  

❌ Cancellation Policy

• You’re welcome to cancel up to 48 hours before the experience for a full refund.

• Cancellations within 48 hours, or no-shows on the day, aren’t refundable.

🔄 Rescheduling

• Date changes are possible with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

• Just reach out directly and we’ll do our best to make it work.

🌧 Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

• Saigon runs rain or shine — it’s all part of the experience.

• If there’s light rain or showers, we’ll provide a poncho so you can stay comfortable.

• In the case of heavy rain, extreme weather, or unexpected local restrictions, we’ll assess things on the day.

• If it’s not safe or enjoyable to continue, you’ll have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
